Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills, able to bridge business, clients and the technical team in building AI and software products. The role works closely with management, contributing to operational project management, requirements definition and delivery coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Management or consulting
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of English
• Interest in AI, software and digital transformation
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to analyze processes and translate business needs into functional requirements
• Autonomy in managing priorities and strong results orientation

Responsibilities

• Gathering and formalizing business requirements with clients and stakeholders
• Writing functional and project documentation
• Operational coordination between clients and the development team
• Project planning, monitoring and progress tracking
• Support in defining estimates, quotes and project roadmaps
• Analysis of business processes and identification of automation and AI opportunities
• Preparing presentations, reports and client materials
• Data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets and, when needed, SQL
• Managing relationships with strategic clients and supporting delivery activities

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana or similar)
• Experience in startups, software houses or consulting firms
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and automations
• Interest in Data & AI applied to business
